We ship out of Oakland, California, USA.
SHIPPING SPEEDS
Secondhand Mods does not and cannot guarantee shipping speeds or delivery times. Delivery time estimates are determined by the shipping provider. We do guarantee our fulfillment times, however.
If you selected our standard shipping option, your order will be fulfilled within 48 hours of being placed.
If you upgraded to EXPRESS, DHL, or UPS shipping at checkout, your order will ship within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Our packages are typically picked up between 3 pm - 5 pm PST.* Orders placed after the last pickup will ship the following business day, unless it falls over the weekend. If you purchased an order on Friday, after the last pickup, your order WILL ship on Saturday.

Shipping times may be affected due to holidays, weather, or force majeure.
WEEKEND ORDERS
Orders placed after the last pickup on Friday will ship on Saturday. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday (PST) will ship on the following Monday, regardless of your shipping option. This includes any express shipping, such as UPS or DHL.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Secondhand Mods uses USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Standard mail as our default shipping method. This allows us to provide tracking on all our packages while keeping customer costs to a minimum.
Mail can take anywhere between 2 and 7 business days within the CONUS to arrive, depending on a variety of factors (location, weather, holidays, etc.). If you feel your order is lost or late, please do not contact us until your package is outside of this delivery window
Our EXPRESS shipping orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days. If you select Express shipping over the weekend, it can take up to 4 or 5 business days.
We do offer faster, alternative shipping methods for our customers overseas or for those in need of their parts more quickly than our standard shipping option provides.
If you’re ordering from outside the United States, packages using USPS can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks, depending on the factors mentioned above and your local customs authorities. We strongly recommend using our DHL, UPS, or FedEx shipping options for international orders.
LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
We do not take any responsibility for packages that have been lost or stolen after they've been marked as "DELIVERED" by the postal carrier, and no refund will be issued.
Lost or stolen orders that are marked "In transit" by the carrier and are past their expected delivery window will be handled in the following manner:
1. A missing package case will be opened with the carrier
2. If the carrier is unable to locate and deliver your package, a full refund will be issued.
Lost/Stolen packages may take up to 3 weeks to process. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items once the items are received by us, less any taxes or import duties incurred within 14 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned goods.
RETURNED OR LOST ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS OR CUSTOMS INFO
Orders lost due to an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or customs info, you will be responsible for repaying any shipping fees if you decide you still want your order.
If you wish to cancel an order that's been returned to us, a refund will only be issued after the parts have been inspected and are found in the same condition as they were when they were originally shipped to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Taxes & Customs Fees: Any customs or VAT taxes are the customer's responsibility. Secondhand Mods does not cover any additional taxes or customs fees.
